This covers registration fees paid through this site. It does not cover anything you book around the festival — travel, stay, or tickets bought from anyone who is not us.

  1. If you change your mind

    Registration fees are non-refundable once paid. Places are capped per event, and a paid registration takes a place out of circulation that somebody else could have had.

    A registration cannot be moved to a different person or a different event.

  2. If we cancel or reschedule

    If we cancel an event outright, everyone registered for it is refunded in full. You do not need to ask — we process it from the registration list.

    If we move an event to a different day or time within the festival and you can no longer make it, write to us and we will refund you in full.

  3. If the payment went wrong

    If money left your account but no ticket arrived, the payment did not complete on our side. Banks reverse these automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.

    If it has been longer than that, email us with the amount, the date and the Razorpay payment ID from your bank statement, and we will trace it. The same applies if you were charged twice for one registration — the duplicate is refunded in full.

  4. How a refund reaches you

    Refunds go back through Razorpay to the method you paid with. We cannot send a refund to a different card, a different UPI ID or a different account.

    Expect 5–7 working days from the day we process it for the money to appear, depending on your bank.

  5. Not showing up

    A registration that is not used is not refunded. If something has happened and you cannot attend, tell us before the event rather than after — we cannot do much once the event has run.

  6. Asking for a refund

    Email us from the address you registered with, with your name, roll number, the event, and the Razorpay payment ID from your ticket email. We will reply with a decision within three working days.

Anything on this page — a question, a correction, a request about your own data, or a refund — goes to the festival convenor, who is a student and will answer like one.
